TELUS
Planning a three-year migration of 280,000 customers to a new TV platform.

MULTI-PHASE ROLLOUT
~$25M
PLATFORM COST SAVINGS
THE WORK
The scale of the migration required coordination across hardware, technology, billing, home delivery, customer support, communications, and go-to-market. I developed a segmentation strategy based on customer location, hardware type, and product suite to determine migration sequencing, operational requirements, and resource needs.
I also helped develop a digital automation tool that forecasts migration pacing, allocates human and hardware resources, and allows teams to adjust delivery plans based on real-time data and operational constraints.
THE IMPACT
The program enabled TELUS to sunset its legacy TV platform while saving approximately $25M in platform costs over three years. The automation tool continues to support migration execution today.

RENEWAL COST SAVINGS
I supported Vancity’s enterprise-wide Microsoft Copilot rollout across adoption strategy, communications, analytics, and change management.
THE WORK
I segmented employees based on their comfort with and affinity for AI, helping shape targeted learning experiences and communications for different audiences.
I also coordinated a seven-week learning journey with an external technology vendor, managing communications, training deliverables, stakeholder requirements, and performance reporting. Alongside the program, I developed a dashboard to track usage, adoption, and business impact by team, identifying more than 300 unused licenses that could be optimized.
THE IMPACT
An adoption campaign increased weekly AI adoption by 9%, reaching 300+ additional employees. Licensing analysis also contributed to approximately $140K in renewal cost savings.
03 / DIGITAL & CREATIVE STRATEGY
Kyra Croft Art
Building the digital experience for an independent art business.
I worked with artist Kyra Croft to build the digital foundation for her growing art business, while extending the work into exhibitions and in-person experiences.

THE WORK
Kyra was primarily using Instagram and TikTok to showcase her work, making it difficult for potential buyers to browse her full portfolio, understand pricing, or navigate commissions.
I designed and launched a dedicated artist website bringing her work, pricing, commissions, and contact information into one experience. I also created a commissions guide that answered common questions around pricing, process, timelines, and available work, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth and helping filter out casual inquiries.
The work extended into creative direction for Kyra’s first gallery exhibition at Parker Street Studios and three Vancouver-area art markets.
THE IMPACT
The business generated $10K+ in revenue within eight months, while the commissions guide helped streamline inquiries. Kyra subsequently became fully booked with commissions four months in advance.
04 / ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
Aaron Marcus
Creating and releasing music as an independent artist.
As an independent artist, I write, produce, mix, and release my own music, managing each project from creative concept through distribution and promotion.

THE WORK
Each release has its own visual and creative direction, spanning cover art, teaser content, campaign development, playlist pitching, paid media, social content, and live events.
For my debut EP, i can't sleep without rain sounds, I developed the creative concept across music, visual, and promotional content. The rollout included two singles, a 23-minute visualizer that I filmed, edited, and produced, and a listening party and performance for 50+ people.
THE IMPACT
The release generated 50K+ streams, creating momentum for subsequent projects and collaborations with independent artists RIKII and FION. My latest single MEMORIAL featuring both artists also earned Spotify Editorial placement.
05 / AUDIENCE GROWTH
Boycott Blonde
Growing an independent band through creative and paid media.
I manage my band's digital marketing and audience growth surrounding the release of our debut EP, paint the house, tear it down.

THE WORK
I developed and managed an Instagram growth campaign combining Reels, graphic assets, and paid Meta advertising, using the band's visual identity and music to reach new listeners and grow its audience.
Working within the band, I used campaign performance data to refine creative and audiences while also pursuing organic opportunities that extended the release beyond our existing following. The campaign was subsequently featured by @coverartmatters, a music-focused art page with 208K+ followers.
THE IMPACT
The EP generated 53K+ streams in its first month, while the campaign increased the band's Instagram followers by 320%. Paid campaigns achieved a $0.11 cost per conversion and 75% click-through rate, while eagleridge received airplay and editorial exposure through CKUA Radio Network.
